I am made of ceramic. I am a handpainted/filled mug. I am unique. My letters are small and sometimes rustic in nature. We recommend a gentle hand wash to ensure longevity of the mug.
Some letters may appear darker/less filled due to being hand painted. The darker letters will fade into the fill with a few washes. Colour differences may occur due to screen lighting and differentiation between batches. We cannot guarantee the same product will all have the same colour. Please note by purchasing this mug, you accept this.
Olive and August are not responsible for any damage due to the mishandling of the product.
Mug boxes are not part of the product and are simply for protection during travel. We are not able to replace the box if it is out of shape etc.
REFUND/EXCHANGES
We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect purchase. Refunds will only be granted due to fault. Mug must be returned unused and will be examined before refund will be issued.
