At Olive and August, we want your buying experience to be nothing but easy and enjoyable so if there are any concerns regarding your purchase/s please contact us.
If criteria is met, then a refund or exchange will be issued (dependent on stock available). If stock is not available for an exchange, then a refund will be issued.
- All products on sale cannot be exchanged or be refunded for. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.
- Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be intact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- We accept returns and refunds for faulty items, in this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless item is deemed faulty)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
